1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Inventory Pro (the "Service"), operated by Alpha Applications LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Inventory Pro is a workplace tool for managing inventory, submitting and approving material orders, and coordinating teams and jobs. The Service transmits order requests within your organization; fulfillment, purchasing, pricing, and delivery are handled by your organization and its vendors, not by us.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are provisioned for authorized members of participating organizations. Your organization's administrators control roles, team membership, and access.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access; interfering with or disrupting the Service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using the Service to violate any law.
5. Your content
You and your organization retain ownership of the content you submit (orders, notes, photos). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service.
6. Our property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Alpha Applications LLC and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond normal use of the app.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — if we make material changes we will update this page and the effective date.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for order accuracy, vendor performance, pricing, delivery timelines, or any business decisions made using the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Applications LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service. Your organization's administrators may also remove your access.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alpha Applications LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
