Who we are
Inventory Pro is a workplace inventory and ordering app operated by Alpha Applications LLC. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions? Email help@aaihelps.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, work email address, job title, role on your team, and an optional profile photo. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Work activity — orders you create or review (items, quantities, notes, delivery details), the jobs and teams you belong to, and edit history on orders.
- Device information for notifications — if you allow push notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver order updates to your phone.
- Location — if you allow location access, your device's location is used inside the app to show jobs near you and to keep that list fresh as you move. Your location is used on your device for this feature; we do not keep a history of your movements on our servers.
- Diagnostics — basic technical logs (such as errors and request timing) that help us keep the service reliable.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: managing inventory, submitting and approving orders, and coordinating teams and jobs.
- To notify you: sending order emails and push notifications relevant to your role.
- To support you: responding when you contact us for help.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see your information
- Your organization — people on your team (such as supervisors and admins) can see your name, role, contact email, profile photo, and the orders you submit, as needed to run the business.
- Service providers — we rely on trusted providers to operate the app: Supabase (sign-in and data storage), Replit (application hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), and Expo and Apple (push notification delivery). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in credentials are managed by our authentication provider. If you enable Face ID sign-in, your saved login is stored only in your device's secure Keychain — it never leaves your phone.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), which removes your account and personal data. You can also email help@aaihelps.com to request deletion. Order records needed by your organization for its business records may be retained in de-identified or organizational form.
Your choices
- Turn push notifications on or off in your device settings.
- Turn location access on or off in your device settings — the app works without it; you'll simply lose the "near me" convenience.
- Update your profile details in the app, or contact us for help.
Children
Inventory Pro is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
